Hi, I’m Vanessa Wahl (formally Sharp)! I am a dog trainer and former standard poodle breeder focused in the Rock Falls, Sterling, and Dixon market (Sauk Valley). I offer group training classes focused on general obedience and mild behavior modification as well as some limited private training. I am a certified CGC, AKC Trick Dog, and AKC Star Puppy trainer and evaluator as well as a therapy dog evaluator for Bright & Beautiful Therapy Dogs.

The Mission:

O’So Sharp, LLC is a small business started by Vanessa Sharp now Vanessa Wahl to align with her passion for all things dog! O’So Sharp serves Sauk Valley area customers mainly within Dixon, Rock Falls, and Sterling by providing private dog training, AKC certifications such as Star Puppy and CGC, and other services. O’So Sharp is also a kennel name for Vanessa’s standard poodle breeding program in which she raised puppies in 2020-2024 from health tested, titled, temperament-proven standard poodles from primarily pet and performance homes.

The vision: Vanessa, through O’So Sharp, strives to make every dog owner see the value in their canine friend. She wants her customers and their dogs to leave smiling!
