About: Onyx is a calm yet attentive black standard poodle. She is one of the smartest dogs I have ever had the pleasure of owning and training. She works very well in any setting you put her in. She has a bit of a hunting drive when in comes to small prey and excels in obedience-type commands and tricks. She lacks some confidence in new situations, but does recover quickly when worked with. She is quiet in the house, but will bark to alert me. She loves to play and sometimes boss around other dogs who are not behaving correctly. She lives in my home with my fiancé and I, Aspen as well as our two neutered male dogs. Overall, Onyx is a sweet goofy dog and is a good working girl!

O’So Sharp’s Because of the Way She Is (AKC) CGC TKN VHMA (UKC)
About: Aspen is from Onyx’s first litter with sire, Estlin. She was born 12/1/2020 and I instantly fell in love. She is O’So smart and has a lovely temperament. I have big plans for her and will look forward to many years competing in various dog sports with her.
She is extremely happy-go-lucky, very good and confident in a variety of environments, has a natural bird prey drive and loves to play fetch! She excels in obedience and does extremely well in her therapy service-work. She is a bit more vocal than Onyx, but still extremely mild compared to most dogs.

“Estlin” is a cream standard poodle registered in AKC, CKC, and UKC. He is always earning titles, so this list is a little outdated. Estlin does hunting, tracking, obedience, and conformation. He has had many puppies from his past litters go to service work. Estlin is a proud papa of 5 UKC Champions and 1 of his puppies also is a CKC Champion! His owner wants you to know that he has a great temperament and disposition. We are very happy with the pairings we have had between Onyx and Estlin!

He has had many big litters in the last year and has lines that have had previous dogs go into service work and a variety of sports. He is a son of “Estlin” who I have used in previous litters. His owner wants you to know that he is a natural retriever, has a fun-loving puppy-like temperament and biddable, and beautiful conformation. “McGeHee” is a black standard poodle registered in AKC. He is a AKC Champion and has a great personality. According to his owner, he hasn’t met anyone that he doesn’t love and has a low prey drive. As a trainer herself, his owner is amazed by how smart this boy is and is one of the smartest, people-pleasing dogs she’s known.
We are very excited by the litter plan, hoping to bring improved structure and lower prey drive while maintaining the biddability and temperament of my lines for service work, therapy work, and sports.
